Do I use my own cleaning supplies?
Yes, you can arrange with Ebreze Cleaning Service to know if you're cleaning with your supplies.

Does Ebreze Cleaning Service provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, we do recommend to our client to go with our cleaning supplies. However, we can also make more allowances if needed.

Does Ebreze Cleaning Service provide equipment?
We recommend clients to use their own vacuum and mops, in case client doesn't have. We're happy to provide our equipment.

How do I pay you?
We accept cash, check or -Interac e- Transfer. We ask for payment on the day of service. Cash or check may be left . In the event of a returned check, we reserve the right to assess a $30 fee.

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

Are there any services you don't offer?
While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
One-off services such as: moving out and in, one time deep cleaning, etc. – are calculated per hour of work. Prices the other services are determined during the valuation.
